Purchase & Payment Details
1. If you wish to purchase any item(s), pls use the order form below and I will attend to your order in the soonest time possible :)
2. For any other queries, feel free to email me at lyssa.trove@gmail.com OR lyssa.trove@yahoo.com.sg.
3. All items are stated in Singapore dollars. Please add $0.50 for every item for normal postage. If you prefer Registered mail, please add an additional $2.30.
4. Full payment must be made STRICTLY within 2 days upon reservation. Please inform me if you are unable to do so and state your reasons. I will send out your order within 2 working days once payment is received.
5. I accept bank transfer (ATM or Internet banking) and Paypal for overseas orders.
6. NO meetups unless you purchase 3 items and above. Meetups only at my convenience.
7. Prices are fixed.

Other Information
1. Lyssa's Trove will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during normal mail. I can help you check with singpost but please be nice and not expect me to bear all responsibility! NO refunds will be made either. To be safe, please opt for registered mail. In addition, I packaged the trinkets in bubble wrap and wrapped it nicely. If you receive defective items, pls don't come demanding me to do this and that and blaming me for something that is outside of my control and something that I do not know what has happened! If you don't trust my words, don't buy from me.
2. All items will be properly wrapped with bubble pack and sealed before being sent out.
3. All sold items are non-exchangable and non-refundable.
4. As much as possible, Lyssa's Trove uses 14K gold plated and rhodium plated. The prices quoted are reasonable according to the materials used (some sourced from overseas).
5. Please note that dead buyers meaning buyers who expressly state that they wish to purchase an item or state that an item is to be reserved for them but backed out of it subsequently will be blacklisted.

Remakes of sold items are subjected to materials' availability. Customizations are also welcome. Please email me for further information :)
