Some Issues
I wrap my creations in extensive bubble wrap so in the unfortunate circumstances you receive a defective item, I am not held responsible as I am unable to control/view the mailing process once I dropped it into the mailbox. I seek your understanding on this. I don't appreciate customers who are unreasonable and demanding in their requests. Please don't come implying that I use inferior materials. Before I sent out, I make a detailed check on the item to ensure all parts are intact. I reserve the right not to reply to your unreasonable emails.
